Project description

These practices, often referred to as “conversion therapy” or “conversion practices”, aim to change, suppress, or repress an individual’s sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Despite being widely discredited, they continue to affect LGBTQIA+ people across the world.

This platform seeks to fill critical knowledge gaps in public understanding and academic research by building an accessible archive of survivor testimonies, media coverage, and related resources in Europe. It serves as a tool for education, advocacy, and awareness.
